That’s good news that your mother fought hard against cancer but as I am also going through that is my mother is going through the same stage.would like to ask u a favor to get the info of doctor ur mother is visiting to and is there any online mechanism to submit my reports to that Doc, as i’m far off from your place.

My father is in stage 3 B of lung cancer. I want to know should one go in for chemotherapy and radiations, as they cause a lot of pain and side effects.What percentage chances are that he would get cured of the cancer as well as the side effects caused by chemo and radiations. would delaying the treatment when the actual physical problems start would be better or starting the treatment now when he is just getting blood in his mucus and weakness is better.

Chemo brain..forgetfulness, difficulty with normal problems solving is much more common than the medical profession lets on. Prayer has a good effect on things especially when the prayer is for another.

Think about buying your mom a book of words puzzle to keep her mind sharp. It is easy to become frustrated and stop trying. I wouldn’t believe the Alzheimer DX just yet. Give her a chance to come back around. I’m 4 months past the last of my chemo and still can’t remember a lot of things including my address.

Cancer sucks, the treatments sucks but so does dying before your time Rebecca.

I have a question, and a miracle to tell you, I live in Spokane, Washington, my Mom had lung cancer the size a quarter, the doctor said she only had a few months to live, but we all prayed for her and her church and the cancer is gone now for about 3 years now, thank God!
My quistion is does the treatments the radiation or kemo cause forgetfulness, my mom forgets alot, dad calls it kemo brain, and that is why her memory is not all there! could you send me email and let me know if it does cause this! my mom was doing this before she had cancer to, I told my dad to let her doctor know, he said he did and the doctor said the treatments can cause memory loss! Don’t know if my dad is covering up she might have the start of alztimers, I hope not, she is 72 years old!
