Breast Cancer Chemotherapy | Curcumin a real Time Opponent for Cancer

Apart from the synthetic drugs, cancer can also be cured by observing a good diet. Curcumin is said to have great cancer curing properties. Curcumin is also called as turmeric and appears yellow in color. Curcumin has been a great field of interest for cancer researchers and it has been proved that in countries where curcumin is consumed cancer has been reduced by over 50%.

When curcumin was tested on melanoma cells it showed that Curcumin stops strains of melanoma from proliferating and also prevents apoptosis. The results were the same for high concentrations of Curcumin over short periods of time and smaller doses over longer periods of time.

A recent study showed that mice when given curcumin showed reduced results of tumor, the same was observed with colon cancer too. A similar study was carried out in 1985 on three groups of mice. They were injected with human cancer cells and the test was carried out. After 3 months of close study under lab conditions it showed that the mice were able to break free of cancer causing cells due to enhanced effect of curcumin.

Curcumin also has the ability to cure breast cancer. An ayurveda doctor in India showed that when curcumin as given to a breast cancer patient it prevented the further growth of cancer causing agents and prolonged treatment reduced cancer gradually.

This proved to be a great way of treating cancer without undergoing any surgeries. Unnecessary use of drugs can be avoided. Oral cancer mainly occurs due to excessive use of drugs. This type of cancer can be avoided by adopting natural methods of treatment like the use of curcumin.
